Artist Statement
I believe every piece I create to be a reflection of the self and the spirit. I believe I have been an artist since birth. Mimicking, arranging and interpreting word, image and sound, for as long as I can remember, has been an essential part of my human experience. I attempt to coax from a blank canvas an emotion that will stir the viewer. All things are imbued with spirit; I feel my calling is to give voice to the silent things, hopeful that viewers may find an emotional connection to carry with them on their own journey.
